Transport software, built in Belgrade with the companies that use it
BID Partners started from a simple observation: transport companies in Serbia run the business through Excel, Viber and three programs that do not talk to each other, while foreign TMS systems know nothing about SEF, per-diems by country or NBS rates. We built a system where the order is entered once and the profit per tour is known before the truck is back.
The first order was entered in December 2023. Today 45 companies use the system, from a forwarder with one dispatcher to a carrier with over 50 vehicles, in Serbia and the region.

How we work

Enter once
Every piece of data is entered in one place and used everywhere: the order in the tour, the tour in the invoice, the invoice in the result. Retyping is a system error, not a user error.

Numbers that lead to a receipt
Every amount in a report opens down to the tour, cost or document. If it cannot be verified, we do not show it.

Built with carriers
Every module came from a request by a company that uses it: card statements, per-diems from GPS, customs declarations, partner network. Tickets with estimates and deadlines are part of the product.

Local rules built in
SEF, NBS rates, per-diems by country, excise refund, foreign VAT, travel orders, social insurance forms. What a foreign TMS does not know is the default here.
