Fleet, obligations and permits

A P&L for every vehicle and no expiry without a warning.

The vehicle card shows revenue, cost and result per period, total cost of ownership per kilometre, obligations with 24-month coverage, fuel, tyres, leasing and history. Expiries arrive 30, 15 and 5 days ahead.

A vehicle is an investment that has to pay off. The vehicle card adds up everything it earned through tours and everything it cost: variable costs, drivers, registration and insurance, lease interest, depreciation, tyres, services, idle days. The result is a vehicle P&L you can expand down to every line.

Obligations (registration, technical and six-month inspection, tachograph, ADR, fire extinguishers, policies, vignettes, OBU, tax, licences) have a deadline, coverage by month and a one-step renewal: cost, period, document and new deadline at once.

What you get

  • Vehicle P&L

Period of your choice, revenue, cost, result, km on tours and off tours, revenue and cost per km, utilisation, consumption vs. norm, monthly chart, result before the system was introduced.

  • Obligations with coverage

Valid, expiring, expired, missing. 24-month coverage bars shaded where the vehicle drove without valid cover. Initial state for obligations paid before go-live.

  • Ownership and leasing

Purchase, leasing contract with down-payment, instalments, residual value and pauses, repayment schedule with principal and interest, automatic matching of booked instalments, depreciation by km or time, total cost of ownership per km and month.

  • Tyres and service

Tyre sets with season, size, planned life and value, mounting by odometer, cost per km into the tour, winter tyre warning. Maintenance intervals per vehicle type with a counter since the last service.

  • Data control

13 checks on the card (fleet entry, purchase, depreciation, leasing, obligations, documents, tyres, norm, GPS, card) each linking to where it is fixed. Six-step path for a new vehicle.

  • International permits

Bilateral, transit, CEMT and annual permits by vehicle type and country, status from free to returned, assignment to tour and driver with CMR number, free permits per country, timely expiries.

  • Fleet exclusion

Sold, scrapped, total loss, stolen, returned to lessor. Historical reports still count the vehicle for the months it was in the fleet, late invoices can still be booked.
