The journey of one order
From Shanghai to four addresses in Serbia
Ship, truck, plane, transhipment and invoice on one order. Follow the scene chapter by chapter.
Chapter 1 · Ship
The customer asks for a container from Shanghai, delivery to four addresses
The inquiry arrives by email. AI reads goods, quantities per consignee and deadlines. One order is created: ship to Koper, urgent pallet by air, transhipment and three trucks.
Chapter 1 · Ship
The container sails 28 days to Koper
The sea leg has a shipping line, a price, a B/L document and a status the dispatcher sees at any time. The customer gets one confirmation for the whole order.
Chapter 1 · Ship
Import clearance, container on your truck
Port fees, clearance and T1 are additional services on the order: re-invoiced to the customer or part of the margin. Tour 1 starts at the port with driver Marko.
Chapter 2 · Truck & driver
Marko refuels and photographs the receipt in the app
At the station the driver photographs the receipt in the BID Driver app. AI reads litres, amount and date; the cost sits on tour 1 at once with a PDF attachment. The fuel card later matches the same fill-up.
Chapter 2 · Truck & driver
Crossing SI and HR, arrival at the transhipment hub
Borders and kilometres come from GPS, tolls from the card, per-diems are calculated per country. Truck 1 arrives at the hub with every cost on the tour.
Chapter 3 · Plane
The urgent pallet flies 3 days to Belgrade
Air leg with AWB document and price. Air customs is an additional service. The customer sees both ship and plane in the same order.
Chapter 3 · Plane
A van picks up the pallet at the airport and delivers to Belgrade
A short van tour from the airport. The driver confirms pickup and unloading in the app; the first unloading on the order is closed.
Chapter 4 · Transhipment
At the hub the goods split onto three trucks
Packages are counted per consignee and transhipped onto three tours. Truck 2 goes to Belgrade then Pančevo, truck 3 to Novi Sad, truck 4 to Kragujevac. Costs attach to each tour separately.
Chapter 4 · Transhipment
Every unloading confirmed from the driver app
Drivers change the status per stop and photograph the CMR. The dispatcher sees four confirmations arrive, the customer knows everything is delivered.
Chapter 5 · Invoice
One invoice to the customer, profit per leg and per tour
Ship, air, port, customs, transhipment and four tours on one invoice, to SEF in one click. The settlement shows the margin of every leg and every tour.

An inquiry becomes an order with one click, the order links to a tour, prints on your letterhead and is invoiced from the same screen. AI reads orders from PDF, Excel and images.
A tour carries the vehicle, drivers and orders and collects fuel, tolls, per-diems and fixed costs. The tour settlement shows the profit before the truck is back.
A cost is entered once, with its receipt, and allocated to a tour, vehicle, employee or company by rule. Supplier invoices become cost proposals you only confirm.
A sales invoice is created from one or several orders, gets the NBS rate, SEF tax category and letterhead, and goes to SEF with status tracking. Purchase invoices are pulled from SEF and booked as costs.
The vehicle card shows revenue, cost and result per period, total cost of ownership per kilometre, obligations with 24-month coverage, fuel, tyres, leasing and history. Expiries arrive 30, 15 and 5 days ahead.
Ten places in the system where AI works instead of you: it reads orders, purchase invoices, bank statements and driver receipts, proposes costs and tax categories, and answers questions about your data and about how the application works.
Five modules every company uses every day. Each has its own page with details.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is BID Partners and who is it for?
BID Partners is a cloud TMS (transport management system) for carriers and freight forwarders. It covers inquiries, orders, tours, a GPS map, costs, SEF invoices, fuel cards, vehicles, driver payroll and reports. It is used by companies from one dispatcher to fleets of over 50 vehicles, in Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and North Macedonia.
Do we need to install anything?
No. BID Partners runs in the browser (Chrome or Edge) on desktop, tablet and phone. Drivers use the BID Driver Android app. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Europe, with daily backups.
Does it work with the GPS units we already have?
Yes. We connect to AMSEC, Wialon (Almaks), NTS and Eurowag telematics through your existing account with the provider. Vehicles are paired by plate automatically. If you use another provider, tell us: adding a provider does not change the rest of the system.
How does SEF e-invoicing work?
You enter your SEF API key in company settings and invoices go to SEF directly from the system, with status tracking. Purchase invoices are pulled automatically with attachments, and you accept or reject them within the legal deadline. Advance invoices, credit and debit notes, cancellation and tax category suggestion per line are supported.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of users and the modules you use. Driver accounts in the mobile app are charged separately, per driver. There is no fixed-term contract. Onboarding (data import, training and extended support in the first 2 to 3 weeks) is a one-time fee, quoted up front. Send a quote request with your number of users and vehicles and we reply within one working day.
How long does onboarding take?
A company is registered in a few minutes: data is pulled from the registry by tax ID. We import customers, vehicles and drivers with you from your existing spreadsheets. Orders and tours can start on day one, and the vehicle card, obligations and driver settlement are switched on module by module, without stopping work. Support is in Serbian and English, weekdays 8 to 18.
Whose data is it and what if we leave?
The data is yours. Every company is isolated in the system, access is by roles and permissions, and every change to an order, tour or cost is traced. Excel and PDF export exists on every list. If you end the subscription, you receive an export of all your data.
What is support like?
Support is built into the application: a ticket per module with attachments, first-response deadline by priority, progress notifications. For urgent matters there are phone, Viber and WhatsApp, and BID Remote for help on your computer. A 20-chapter manual is in the app and the AI assistant answers from it.
Is BID Partners a ready product or custom development?
A ready product. BID Partners TMS is one cloud system that all companies use on a monthly subscription, with no installation and no bespoke development. Tailoring is done through modules and per-company settings. BID Partners d.o.o. Beograd develops and sells only this product and does not do custom software development for others.
