    Several loading, transhipment and unloading stops on one order, with goods, ADR, temperature and deadline. The order locks after handover, and every change shows who made it and when.

    Tour in a table or kanban

    Tours by status, vehicle or driver. Drag an order onto a tour, reorder the stops, assign another driver. Several orders from one tour print into one PDF on the letterhead.

    Position of every truck every 30 seconds, fuel level, trailer, active tour and next stop. Border crossings and kilometres per country are recorded automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How many tours can one dispatcher run?

The board is built for one dispatcher to run 20 to 40 active tours without losing the overview, with statuses from the driver app and the map.

Does the driver have to use the app?

No. The order and instructions also go by SMS, and the dispatcher can change statuses by hand. With the app, statuses, CMR and receipts arrive on their own.

Can several dispatchers work at the same time?

Yes, with edit locking: while one changes an order, the others see who holds it and cannot overwrite it.
