An inquiry becomes an order with one click, the order links to a tour, prints on your letterhead and is invoiced from the same screen. AI reads orders from PDF, Excel and images.
The order is the centre of every job in BID Partners. It produces the documents for the driver and the customer, tours and costs attach to it, and the invoice is created from it. So it is entered once and used everywhere.
Inquiries use the same form without vehicle and driver. When the customer confirms, the inquiry becomes an order with one click. Lost inquiries stay in the statistics, so you know how much work you are not winning and why.

AI import from PDF, Excel and images
Upload the order you received by email. The system extracts the customer, route, stops, dates, goods, packages and price, shows them next to the original and highlights the fields it is unsure about. You review and confirm.

Multiple loading, reloading and unloading stops
Every stop has an address, time, contact, customs agent and border crossing. Packages and weight are checked by the system: the totals per stop must add up.

Price, VAT treatment and margin
Freight price in any currency at the NBS rate, subcontractor price and margin visible at once. FTL, PTL, LTL and oversize, vehicle type, ADR class, temperature.

Letterhead documents in four languages
Driver order, customer confirmation, carrier order with contact person and package totals, travel order. Several orders from one tour in a single PDF.

Edit locking
One person edits an order at a time. A colleague can request a hand-over, and if the editor is away the takeover is automatic after one minute.

Copying and additional services
Recurring jobs are copied with route, goods and percentages while dates and numbers reset. Customs clearance, declarations and vehicle announcements are additional services with a clear financial effect.
