A tour carries the vehicle, drivers and orders and collects fuel, tolls, per-diems and fixed costs. The tour settlement shows the profit before the truck is back.
A tour is one trip of one vehicle with one or more orders. Everything that costs money attaches to it: fuel from the tank, tolls from cards, driver per-diems by country, a share of registration and insurance, lease interest, tyres. That is why the tour settlement shows the real profit, not an estimate.
Dispatch boards give the dispatcher a board that fits the job: saved profiles for domestic and international traffic, table or kanban, colour-coded statuses, driver reports from the road.

Own and agency tours
For a subcontracted vehicle you enter the carrier price, payment terms and contact person. Separate numbering per type if you want it.

Kilometres from the odometer, not from memory
Start km is proposed from the previous tour or from GPS, end km is read from GPS at closing. A deviation above 3% or 20 km gets a warning.

Several drivers per tour
Hand-over, crew, joining mid-way: each driver has their own period and kilometres, per-diems are calculated per period, GPS border crossings are split per driver.

Tour settlement
Revenue from orders and additional services, costs by group, contribution per kilometre, fuel at FIFO tank price, measured and average consumption, km per country, lease interest per month. The settlement locks, and unlocking is logged.

Dispatch boards
Board profiles with your own columns and filters, kanban with drag and drop between statuses, click opens the order or tour.

SMS to the driver and printing
The order and instructions reach the driver by SMS. Several orders from a tour print as one document.
