A carrier order in one click, no email and no retyping.
Two companies on BID Partners exchange orders inside the platform. The sender sees execution live, the receiver gets a real order without entry, the invoice is announced and matched on its own.
A forwarder and a carrier who work together usually exchange the same order three times: by email, by phone and in their own software. In the Partner network the order travels once. The sender picks the partner, the receiver accepts, and the order is in both systems.
The partner sees goods, stops, packages, ADR, temperature and the carrier price, never the end customer or the margin. Every exchange has an audit log.

Invitation and consent
Find a partner by tax ID or name, invite, both sides confirm. The connection can be revoked at any time.

Sending an order from a tour
From an agency tour with one click. The receiver assigns vehicle and driver, the sender sees it at once.

Execution tracking
Loaded, in transit, unloaded, completed. Comments and a timeline on the shared order, real-time notifications.

Invoice announcement
The receiver announces the invoice, the sender gets a purchase invoice. When the SEF invoice arrives it merges with the announcement and any amount difference is visible.

By email too, if the partner is not on the platform
The carrier order goes as a PDF from your Gmail or Microsoft address, and the confirmation by reply stays in the same thread.
