Logistics software that covers transport from inquiry to result
Logistics software is a wide term: warehouse, customs, distribution, transport. BID Partners is logistics software for road transport, the part of the chain where the haulier and the forwarder run orders, tours, costs and invoices. It is not a warehouse system and not route optimisation for couriers.
Logistics management software that enters every piece of data once and shows where money is made and where it is lost.

What it covers
Inquiries and orders, tours and dispatch, live GPS map, costs and profit per tour, invoicing, fuel and toll cards, vehicles and obligations, driver pay, driver app, AI assistant, partner network, reports.
- 02
What it does not cover
Warehouse management (WMS), route optimisation for hundreds of addresses a day and a full-company ERP. Specialised systems exist for those, and BID Partners connects to accounting through exports.
- 03
Costs that allocate themselves
Purchase invoices and scanned receipts become cost proposals with rules that learn: a toll to the tour, a service to the vehicle, office rent to the company. The accountant confirms, not retypes.

Analytics that lead to a document
Result by client, vehicle, driver and tour. Comparison with last year. Every amount opens down to the document. If a number cannot be verified, it is not shown.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is BID Partners a WMS or a TMS?
A TMS, a transport management system. It does not run warehouse operations.
Does it have route optimisation?
No. The system runs tours with several loading and unloading stops and tracks them on the GPS map, but it does not compute an optimal sequence for hundreds of addresses a day.
How does it connect to other systems?
E-invoicing, exchange rates, GPS providers, card issuers, banks for statements, customs software, email and SMS are ready integrations. Accounting receives exports of invoices and statements.
