Is this only a vehicle register or also a settlement?

Both. Obligations and deadlines are the register, while leasing, depreciation, insurance, tyres and services enter the tours as costs and the result per vehicle.

Do we need new GPS units?

Not if the provider is AMSEC, Wialon, NTS or Eurowag. The system reads the existing data.

Who gets the expiry reminders?

The users you choose: dispatcher, owner, fleet clerk. The reminder arrives in the app and by email 30, 15 and 5 days before expiry.
