Inquiry, order, tour
An inquiry uses the same form as an order, without vehicle and driver. When the client confirms, it becomes an order in one click. The order goes into a tour with vehicle and driver, and one tour can carry several orders and several unloading stops.

Costs on the tour, not in a notebook
Fuel at FIFO tank price or from the card, tolls, per-diems from GPS border crossings, a share of the vehicle's fixed costs. The tour settlement shows the profit while the truck is still on the road.

Invoice from the order
The invoice is created from the order with the price and extra services, and sent electronically in one click. Purchase invoices come in and are allocated to tours as costs.

How is a transport management system different from invoicing software?
Invoicing software sees only the invoice. A transport management system knows where the invoice came from: which order, which tour, which costs, so it shows profit, not just turnover.
Does it work for a forwarder without vehicles?
Yes. The forwarding module runs the client order, the carrier order and the margin between them, without own vehicles. Companies that do both use the same orders.
Can it connect to accounting?
Invoices and bank statements export in formats accounting systems import, and the accountant can have their own login and work directly on the source documents.
