Driver app
The driver reports status, sends the CMR and scans receipts from the phone.
BID Driver is an Android app for drivers: current tour, orders with stops, status changes, document photos and receipts that AI reads and turns into a cost with a PDF attachment.
A driver should not have to call the dispatcher to report a loading, or carry a pile of receipts in the cab. In the app they see their tour and orders, change the stop status, enter package counts, photograph the CMR and delivery note.
A fuel, toll or parking receipt is photographed with the phone. AI reads the supplier, date, currency and lines, the driver checks and confirms, and the cost with a PDF attachment is on the tour at once, under the same rules as on the web.

A photo of the CMR or delivery note is converted to PDF on the phone and uploaded to the order.

Camera or gallery, AI extraction, multi-line form (category, amount, currency, quantity, supplier, receipt number), PDF attachment.

Driver accounts separate from web seats
A driver signs in with their own app account, separate from web users. Driver accounts are created and closed by the employer.

Privacy
The app collects no location, contacts or messages, has no ads and no tracking. The privacy policy is public.
